Erma Palmer

As a native Houstonian and graduate of Phillis Wheatley High School, it was instilled in Erma Palmer to dream bigger than her. For over 20 years, Palmer served as executive secretary to several prominent attorneys in Houston, gaining extensive experience that helped make her the successful business woman she is today, as CEO of Autos R Us Collision Center. Never being one to take the easy road, she worked while continuing her education in Business Administration at South Texas College of Law, as well as Real Estate Law and Criminal and Civil Litigation at Houston Community College.

Palmer’s earlier experience includes working in the Texas Senate and she has worked in the office of Craig A. Washington, member of the U.S. House of Representatives (18th District of Texas, 1989-1994). In that role, she worked closely with constituents in the Houston office, arranging committee hearings, conferences, community campaigns and workshops, as well as performing other duties.

Her experience working in government gave Palmer the skills to create her own business, Autos R Us Collision Center. Sher started working out of her home, to now an independently owned multi-million dollar business. Autos R Us Collision Center is the premier auto body and collision repair shop in Houston, Texas. Palmer has created success in this industry because of her simple, straight-forward way of doing business, which is offering honest, top quality services at reasonable prices. All of their technicians are highly trained, ASE and I-CAR certified. Autos R Us Collision Center is an OEM Certified Collision Center Repair Facility for Ford, Nissan, Honda, General Motors and Chrysler. Autos R Us Collision Center offers a lifetime warranty, free shuttle service, free internet Wi-Fi and excellent fleet services. Palmer has used the values instilled in her growing up to create success in her professional life, and it has paid off.

Palmer is a WBE and MBE with the City of Houston. Being in business for more than 20 years, she has learned that a satisfied customer is the best advertisement for Autos R Us Collision Center. Her goal is for customers to be so completely satisfied with their experience at Autos R Us Collision Center that they’ll want to tell others about them. Autos R Us Collision Center provides more competitive collision repair services, while revolutionizing the automotive industry with new and innovative techniques of outstanding services, serving Houston and the surrounding areas.
