Maribel Rodriguez

Maribel Rodriguez was born in Parral, Chihuahua Mexico and raised in Houston, Texas. She is the oldest of three siblings. She completed her associates degree in Houston and is currently continuing her education to complete her bachelor’s degree.

Rodriguez married her husband, Alejandro, at the age of 18, and they have been married for 22 years now. They have four children, Alexis, Bianca, Alejandra and Alejandro. She credits her family with being the reason for her persistence and hard work.

She is the founder and CEO of Sunshine Personnel Solutions, LLC, with over 15 years of experience as a business owner, over eight years of experience in inducing staffing to recruit temporary and direct personnel. Rodriguez’s business has a strong presence and pool of loyal clients in Houston, Texas. She helps companies with their personnel needs and generates stability and meaningful career opportunities for individuals. Her vision is to deliver services to people that need their help the most by connecting great companies with dynamic people through education and employment.

The unique part of Sunshine Personnel Solutions is the diversity they bring through reaching out to different industries in business. They have their own Sunshine Networking Group where they bring people to meet, greet and build business relationships. It gives people the opportunity to network and learn new and more effective ways to accomplish things and gain knowledge about business subjects. Rodriguez also created Sunshine University, which offers free interactive workshops for candidates applying for employment and starting and establishing businesses.
