Raquel Boujourne

Raquel Boujourne is a true serial Entrepreneur who oversees  multiple and successful businesses in development, construction and tech industries. 

Ms. Boujourne is CEO and co-founder of Indi Construction Partners, LLC which is one of the largest Latina General Contractors in the United States. She began her construction journey in 2009 and has built a team that continues to strive for excellence. She has participated in over $500M worth of projects and oversees a national team that strives to continue its growth while inspiring other women to participate in construction and development.

Ms. Boujourne is also the Founder and CEO of S&B Builds, which is dedicated to finding building solutions with sustainability. They are a problem-solving business that believes in removing barriers to home ownership and supports various causes such as affordable housing and economic solutions to the national housing crises.

Ms. Boujourne is also passionate about giving back to her communities. She and her husband founded The Boujourne Foundation in 2022, which guides and encourages young at-risk youth via mentorshipprograms and various social events that promote positive leadership and thinking. She teaches Confidence College a curriculum that supports The Foundation’s mission to over 1,000 students annually.

Ms. Boujourne is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Association, Latin Women’s Initiative, Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas, Lulac 60 Council, East End Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Houston Alumni, and former Vice Chair for the National Association of Minority Contractors.
