She currently serves on both the Local and Regional Level in several positions, including Regional Investigator and member of the Regional Rehabilitation Oversight Committee. She has also graduated from the Regional Preparing Emerging and Aspiring Regional Leaders Program. She has served the Houston Alumnae Chapter in various roles including First Vice President and Second Vice President. She has been both a mentor and mentee with the Houston Alumnae Chapter’s L.E.A.D. Program for future leaders.

She is also doing her part in preserving the history of Black arts in Houston. Boddy supports the Ensemble Theatre as a Founder’s Circle member, which is one of the theatre’s major fundraisers. She also serves the Theatre as a Theatre Guild Volunteer.
