Marian K. Ledoux, MBA, RN

Marian LeDoux, a proud Houston native, is an influential business leader and the Vice President of Accurate Security Inc., one of the largest Black-owned security companies in Texas. With a sharp focus on business development, operational excellence, and strategic growth, LeDoux has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s reach and reputation — tripling its workforce and establishing a strong presence across both private and government sectors.

From an early age, LeDoux exhibited a natural talent for leadership and entrepreneurship. As a child, she and her sister spent countless hours running imaginary businesses — surrounded by rotary phones and the Yellow Pages — laying the foundation for the visionary leader she would become. That imaginative play evolved into a powerful purpose: building systems that work, teams that thrive, and businesses that grow.

LeDoux holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Executive MBA from Texas Woman’s University, exemplifying the power of combining compassion with commerce. With over two decades of healthcare experience, she has held leadership roles at some of the nation’s most respected institutions, including The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston Methodist, and UnitedHealthcare. Her seamless transition from clinical leadership to corporate strategy reflects her unique ability to lead across sectors with purpose and precision.

At Accurate Security Inc., LeDoux is more than a decision-maker — she’s a change-maker. Her commitment to operational integrity, client satisfaction, and employee empowerment continues to elevate the company as a model of excellence. Her leadership is marked not only by business success but also by her ability to uplift others, especially women and people of color aspiring to leadership roles in traditionally male-dominated industries.

LeDoux’s influence extends beyond the workplace through her active service and civic involvement. She is a long-standing volunteer with the Houston Food Bank, giving her time to address food insecurity in her community. She is also a former Mother-Member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., a historic organization dedicated to nurturing future African American leaders through family and community involvement. Her volunteerism reflects a lifelong commitment to service, mentorship, and building stronger communities. Her civic engagement also includes support of various women’s leadership initiatives and youth empowerment programs throughout the Greater Houston area.

Beyond her professional and volunteer accomplishments, LeDoux leads a life grounded in faith, family, and service. A devoted mother of three and proud first-time grandmother, she credits her success to her unwavering faith and the support of her loved ones. Known for her positivity and compassion, she is a source of encouragement to all who know her, modeling balance, resilience, and purpose in every area of her life.

Marian LeDoux is not only shaping the future of security and business leadership — she is a force of influence, inspiration, and impact, empowering a new generation of women to lead with heart, vision, and integrity.
