Helen Callier

President, Bradlink, LLC

Helen Callier is the president of Bradlink LLC, a go-to Technical Services Firm that provides Program Management, Construction Management, Facilities Design, BIM, and Operations/Maintenance services primarily in the public sector. Some of Bradlink’s clients include the Houston Airport System, AECOM, TDIndustries, XEROX, and CH2MHill.

Callier has Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt, a bestselling author of “Your Money is in the Follow-up” and host of a top-ranked blog radio show (www.SmallBusinessSuccessTalk.com). Callier began her career in Corporate America working for some of the top Fortune 500 Petrochemical and Industrial companies in the world. While serving as an Executive Staff Level Technical Manager of a division of GE Plastics, Callier traveled extensively throughout North America, including Canada, Mexico and Central America and had technical unit responsibilities in South America.

Callier knows firsthand how to steer and sustain a successful small business over the multimillion dollar revenue threshold. From flying high working in GE’s Jack Welch organization to teetering on the brink of failure as a small business owner to now recognized as a small business success story, Callier, with more than 10 years in business, has made a business impact in the Houston area.

Headquartered in Kingwood, Texas, Callier has led Bradlink to be recognized as a small business success story and has received several business community awards.

Callier served as chair of GPC in 2012 and 2013. She is active in several industry associations including AMAC, APTA, COMTO and WTS.
