Dr. Saundra Montgomery

Dr. Saundra Montgomery, a native of Cleveland, Ohio, is a personal life coach to thousands of women across America. She is also an author, leadership consultant, and inspirational speaker. Saundra is the wife of Dr. Ed Montgomery (Founder and Pastor of Abundant Life Cathedral Church – Houston, TX). She has worked diligently by his side for 30 plus years.

Saundra is a bold, dynamic, and engaging force that encourages everyone she meets to reach his or her full potential through serving a higher purpose. Saundra inspires woman to take leadership in life and build other leaders at the same time. Saundra’s life commitment to empowering women and teen girls is evident through the founding and directorship of You! Woman in the Now (U-WIN), a charitable organization.

U-WIN is headquartered in Houston, Texas. U-WIN is a woman’s support system of cell groups that meet throughout Houston in women’s transitional facilities, nursing homes, and many other outlets.

It is estimated that U-WIN has touched the lives of over one million women in its 27- year history – The actual number is probably beyond counting. U-WIN has been recognized and commended for services rendered by local, state, and national officials and community partners.

Saundra cherishes most of all her family.  She resides in Houston with her husband Ed and two adult sons, Eddie and Simeon.  Their daughter, Angela passed away at the tender age of 14 after a long battle with cancer.
