Juliet Breeze, MD

Juliet Breeze, MD, a healthcare entrepreneur, is the CEO and Founder of Next Level Urgent Care and the Vice President of Vantage Hospice. Dr. Breeze has developed multiple medical organizations including a comprehensive orthopedics practice, a rehabilitation hospital and several surgical centers as well as her two current ventures.  She has a deep interest in Healthcare IT and has created proprietary electronic medical records content for all her organizations. 

During her career, Dr. Breeze has also furthered the business of others by serving on the Board of Directors for Founders Bank, Vista Bank, the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, IGNITE and the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce where she chairs LAUNCH, a program supporting women-led businesses.  She also serves on the Board of Directors for Blockit and is an advisory board member for Checkins, both healthcare tech start-ups. 

Dr. Breeze is deeply involved in philanthropy with a special focus on charities serving the needs of women and children.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas.  She teaches entrepreneurship to high schoolers and serves on the Entrepreneurship Advisory Committee.  She is also an active member of the Board of Fort Bend Women’s Center.

She has been honored to receive recent awards including regional finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 and 2018. Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017 and the President’s award in 2019.  This year she has also been named a finalist in the HBJ “Most Admired CEO” Awards.

Next Level Urgent Care has received the distinction of being named a “Best Place to Work” from the Houston Business Journal in 2016 and 2018 and a Top Work Place by the Houston Chronicle in 2018.  Next Level has also been named the Reader’s Choice for Best Urgent Care by Living Magazine for the past four years in a row and has received similar Reader’s choice recognitions from The Katy Times and the Fort Bend Star.

Dr. Breeze graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts with honors in English. She earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and completed residency in Family Practice. She and her husband are proud parents to four wonderful children, two dogs and a cat. She enjoys travel with her family and hiking in her free time.
