Kelley Taylor

As founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer, Kelley Taylor oversees strategic growth projections for TCM. Her executive oversight spans accounting, administration, staff development, legal, and marketing for the firm. She brings with her a 17-year track record that includes talent acquisition consulting and leading special projects at multiple Fortune 100 firms in the USA. Taylor obtained an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, an MBA from Prairie View A&M University, and the professional in human resources (PHR) certification. She now uses this intensive range of specialties and practical experience to carry out TCM’s local project management expertise on a global scale. Her vision has enabled TCM to provide project management leadership to private firms in China since its inception. This leadership was also extended previously to firms in Vietnam and Germany. With Taylor at the helm, TCM has grown annual revenue by 300% and is currently managing more than $2B in construction project costs in Texas alone. Taylor’s appreciation for challenge despite fear of failure bolsters her overarching goal: TCM will alleviate the misnomer that emerging minority businesses cannot grow capacity and ultimately compete as prime firms.

Taylor was recently awarded as a 2017 MBE Magazine “WBEs Who Rock!” at the WBENC National Conference in Las Vegas, NV. She is an alumni of Leadership Houston and the Goldman Sach’s 10,000 Small Businesses program.

In her spare time, Taylor enjoys traveling, exercising, and reading novels.

Taylor Construction Management (TCM) is a Houston-based project management consulting firm at the forefront of mission critical facility improvement projects. TCM satisfies unique leadership needs by delivering on a tight budget, ensuring fast-track completion, and/or managing stringent regulatory requirements.
