As a highly-valued business and legal adviser, Clark routinely handles major litigation and provides strategic advice to global and national corporations on a broad array of complex governance, regulatory, employment, business, and enforcement matters. A seasoned trial lawyer, she is often chosen to try “bet-the-company” cases.
