Tammy Faber, M.B.A.

Vice President of Operations for Fort Bend Services, Inc. Tammy Faber is responsible for running all facets of the business. She has a proven executive track record and over 20 years of experience leading change, growth and improvement efficiencies.  She works with the CEO/President to cultivate change within the organization to ensure the company is poised for future growth. She oversees the finance, human resources, warehouse operations and the customer service team. She is responsible for improving operational performance. Faber works to stay grounded in financial information that gives the leadership team the tools they need to make sound business decisions.

Fort Bend Services is a certified woman owned business, and Faber has been instrumental in leading the marketing efforts related to HUB, WBEA, and other MWBE certifications. She works hard to leverage these certifications to expand and grow Fort Bend Services.

Faber holds a BBA and MBA from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas. She was a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society. She is very active in the community. She values education and giving back.  As Mother Teresa said “It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into giving.”  She has volunteered with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for 10 years, working to help raise money for scholarships. She serves on the Houston Metro Go Texan Committee as the vice chairman of marketing. She also serves as a captain on the School Art Auction Committee and the Championship Wine Garden.

Faber is married to her best friend and constant supporter Scott Poynor. Her daughter Jessica and son-in law Dustin Lubianski live in St. Hedwig, Texas with her beautiful granddaughter Peyton. She is the bonus mom to Scott’s two sons, Chase and Keegan. Her parents Mike and Gloria live in Ohio. Faber credits her strength to the support and love her family gives her and her faith in God. Her favorite bible verse is “ finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things” Philippians 4:8.
