Tasha’s strong sense of purpose led to her fulfilling her desire to change the landscape in underserved communities. Her development plan for the Sunnyside and Fifth Ward areas of Houston began with constructing 1 – 2 homes per year and now includes the development of numerous single-family homes and several multi-family properties per year. She was awarded a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for Economic Development across the Greater Houston Area by Congressman Al Green and a Certificate from the late District K Council Member, Larry V Green, Esq. As a stellar role model in the community, Tasha dedicates her time volunteering at local churches and for programs organized to assist senior citizens. Tasha and her team have faithfully donated and installed AC units for seniors in the Fifth Ward area for many years now. She is a huge contributor to “Feed Your City Challenge”, a non-profit organization that serves underprivileged communities by providing fresh groceries.

Tasha enjoys sharing the importance of hard work and bravery as she mentors other females looking to join the construction industry. She was awarded the Community Leadership Award 2018 – 2020, for her outstanding community service. Tasha Royal exudes a fearless assertiveness that has no doubt aided in her rise to the top in her field. Tasha says, “Being an African American, female builder in a male dominated industry was challenging at first. I had to work ten times harder to be recognized and respected. However, I accepted my calling to build homes and I’ve mastered it. Those called by His name will go forward. I will continue to move forward and there’s no turning back.” Tasha vows to remain committed to providing nothing less than the best, whether it be a single-family home or a multi-million dollar residence. Quality is key and all of her clients receive the “Royal” treatment.
