Kisha M. Porch

Kisha is the Head of Chase Consumer Retail Banking and Small Business Customer Service and All Online Support leading an organization of over 5,000 employees around the world who are focused on delivering an excellent experience to our 50 million plus Chase customers. Prior to this role, Kisha served as Regional Director Banking managing 14 Market Directors and 2250 branch employees in the greater Houston, San Antonio and Southwest Texas geographies with a deposit and investment base of over $76 billion.

With over 27 years in the banking industry, Kisha’s management experience spans across several lines of business that include Operations, Retail Banking, Credit Card, Risk, Learning and Human Resources.

Kisha serves as the Location Leader for the bank’s 5,500 plus employees working in the Houston area. In addition she is the Houston Executive Lead for Advancing Racial Equity focused on the bank’s $30 billion commitment to close the racial wealth gap. She is passionate about making a difference specifically with the underrepresented or underserved Black and Latin communities in Houston and the surrounding areas. Kisha enjoys making impactful connections that will help drive change and improve the lives of all members in our communities.

Kisha is a member of the Houston Market Leadership Team and actively supports Chase Business Resource Groups – Black Organization for Leadership Development (BOLD), Voices for Employees That Served (VETS) and Women on the Move. Kisha serves on the board for the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce and is also a member of Jamie Dimon’s Racial Equity Executive Leadership Committee.

Kisha studied Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice at Cleveland State University. Kisha has been happily married for over 20 years to her husband Ivory, and is the proud mother of 4 including her youngest daughter, KyIra, who is a senior at Texas Southern University.
