Cindy Siegel

Cindy Siegel is a Certified Public Accountant with almost 39 years of experience. She has owned a public accounting firm for 31 years that provides accounting and tax services for small businesses and individuals.

Cindy currently is the Chairman of the Harris County Republican Party and has been an active grassroots activist for many years. She served as the Mayor of the City of Bellaire from 2004 to 2012 and was a Bellaire City Councilman for the 6 previous years. Prior to that, she served on Bellaire’s Planning and Zoning Commission and Bellaire’s Parks Board. Cindy also served on the Houston Metro Board as the 2nd Vice-Chair from 2012 to 2020 representing fourteen small enclave cities in the Houston area.

Cindy has been an active volunteer and board member for various charitable organizations through the years serving children, families, and the elderly in the community. She has served on the boards of the Houston Alzheimer’s Association, Nature Discovery Center, Patrons for Bellaire Parks, and the Evelyn’s Park Conservancy. Cindy was appointed by Governor Bush to the Texas Aged and Disability Advisory Board. Additionally, she served as a trustee on the Board of Duchesne Academy.

Cindy is a Senior Fellow of the Houston American Leadership Forum and was one of the Houston Woman Magazine’s 50 Most Influential Women in 2009.

Cindy has been married to Bob Siegel for 30 years and they have two daughters Jennifer and Lauren.
