Jennifer Blaine, Ed.D.

Dr. Jennifer Blaine has spent 33 years in the field of education with 23 of those years serving the Spring Branch Independent School District community. During her time in Spring Branch, she has served in the following capacities:

  • Elementary Principal
  • Area Superintendent
  • Associate Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction
  • Associate Superintendent for Administration and Operations
  • Associate Superintendent for Talent and Operations

In 2019, Dr. Blaine became Superintendent of Schools of the Spring Branch Independent School District.

Dr. Blaine holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and master’s and doctorate degrees from Sam Houston State University. She is a graduate of the 2010 Broad Superintendent Academy, a highly selective and rigorous academy comprised of 14 leaders from across the United States. In 2021, Dr. Blaine was designated by the National School Public Relations Association as a Superintendent to Watch.

Dr. Blaine and her family live in Spring Branch and are actively involved in the community. She is married to William Blaine and has one son, Christopher, a graduate of Stratford High School.
