Billyssia Pierce

Billyssia Pierce is the Founder and CEO of Bee Fit Foods, one of Houston’s largest healthy meal prep companies, serving thousands of customers each year through retail locations, corporate partnerships, and healthcare systems. Over the past 12 years, she has built Bee Fit Foods into a trusted brand recognized for making healthy eating both convenient and accessible, while proving that nutrition can play a vital role in improving lives.

What began as a passion for health and fitness while preparing for the Miss Texas USA pageant evolved into a lifelong mission. After becoming a certified personal trainer and launching Bee Fit Solutions, Pierce recognized that lasting transformation begins with nutrition. That realization led to the creation of Bee Fit Foods, a company built on the belief that healthy food should never require sacrificing flavor, convenience, or quality.

Today, Bee Fit Foods operates from its flagship Houston location while serving patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals through partnerships with MD Anderson Cancer Center and Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center. The company has also been selected as a food service partner for organizations including ExxonMobil’s corporate headquarters in The Woodlands, reflecting its trusted reputation among leading corporate and healthcare institutions. Under Pierce’s leadership, Bee Fit Foods continues to expand its reach and impact throughout Houston and beyond.

Beyond business, Pierce is deeply committed to community service. Through Bee Fit Foods University and the Busy Bee Foundation, she supports youth development, health education, scholarships, local businesses, and organizations throughout the Houston area. Her mission has always extended beyond feeding people. It is about creating healthier communities and empowering others to reach their full potential.

Pierce’s leadership has earned numerous honors, including, but not limited to, being recognized multiple times by the Texas State Senate, the Texas House of Representatives, and the City of Houston, which officially proclaimed September 19 as Bee Fit Foods & Billyssia Pierce Day. Her accolades also include being named one of the Top 50 Black Professionals & Entrepreneurs of Texas in both 2018 and 2020, Houston Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40, Sam’s Club Woman of the Year, Grind Pretty’s 2026 Entrepreneur of the Year, and MSN’s Top 10 Self Made Women to Watch in 2026. She is also a proud member of the Junior League of Houston, where she continues her commitment to volunteerism and civic leadership.

Driven by faith, purpose, and service, Pierce continues to build businesses that create opportunities, strengthen communities, and inspire others to pursue lives of health, impact, and excellence.
