Eileen Perillo

Eileen Perilla has worked for Shell for 15 years in a variety of roles across the Group.    She joined Shell in the Lubricants business as Cluster Finance Manager, Business to Consumer North America.  After three years in Lubricants, she spent three years in Upstream, first in The Hague with Upstream Commercial Finance (now Mergers & Acquisitions) and then as the Upstream Americas Strategic Cost Leadership manager.    She joined Shell Trading in late 2010 with financial responsibility for the Americas Crude and Refined Products business.  She returned to The Hague area in 2014, joining Finance Projects & Technology Projects with oversight and accountability for the Conventional Oil & Gas capital projects portfolio.  In early 2017, she temporarily assumed the Vice President Finance, Projects role before taking her current assignment as Vice President Finance, Unconventionals in December 2017.  Prior to joining Shell, she spent 10 years working for PPG Industries, Inc. in a variety of Finance roles including Manufacturing finance, Internal Audit and leading the Finance function in their global Optical Products business unit.

Over the years Perillo has been active in various volunteer activities in the community including youth coach for soccer and basketball, organizing and leading fundraisers for in her church and in supporting service projects with her three sons.    Upon moving back to Houston, she joined the Board of the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council and serves on the Executive Committee as Treasurer.

Perillo has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and an International MBA from the University of South Carolina.  While at Shell, she has also attended executive leadership courses at INSEAD and IMD. 

Perillo is married and the proud mother of three sons and one active, disobedient dog.  She enjoys travel, food, sports and spends a lot of time watching her boys play soccer, basketball and run track and field.
