Juuhi Ahuja

Juuhi Ahuja is the Founder, President & CEO of Wise Men Consultants. Since its inception in 1997 Wise Men has grown from an IT Staffing firm into a full blown technology service provider offering IT Solutions, Consulting, Outsourcing, Managed Services and Support with 600+ employees and offices in the US, India and Dubai. Ahuja’s focus is to provide clients with quality service at the right price. Ahuja began her career in New York City in the insurance industry. She has a strong background in business that includes an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.

As the CEO, Ahuja oversees Wise Men’s business strategy, fosters client relationships & partnerships. She directly manages Wise Men’s Staffing and Recruitment Division and is an active member of many local organizations such as Houston Minority Supplier Diversity Council, Indo American Chamber of Commerce and Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance.

Ahuja was given the HMSDC Supplier of the Year in award in 2014, HTC’s Celebrated Entrepreneur award in 2012 & 2013, and Indo American Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Business Woman of the  Year  in 2010.  HBJ ranked Wise Men as the 13th Largest MWBE Company in Houston in 2015. Ahuja sits on the Board of the Ovarcome Foundation, a charity for Ovarian Cancer and the Indo American Chamber of Commerce.

Ahuja’s main line of thinking is: “If I am not networking, then I am not working”.  Networking is one of the best ways to build your business in today’s environment.  HMSDC, IACCGH, and WBEA have provided Ahuja the platform to meet large corporate members and Wise Men owes its success to these organizations. Wise Men’s business philosophy is based on 3 principles:  Quick, Quality and why do 2 when 1 will do.  If something is worth doing, one must do it quickly and with high quality.

Born in Mumbai, India in a business family, Ahuja’s father was a serial entrepreneur who brought many new electronic products to the Indian market place. He won several awards, including the President of India Award for Innovation in 1972.   Her father is her inspiration and he would often say, “You can be anything you set your mind to”.  Ahuja is a certified yoga teacher from the Yoga Institute in Mumbai and practices meditation daily. She enjoys music, walking, traveling, reading and watching movies. Ahuja is married to Omprakash, a hotelier who builds and owns franchise hotels like Sheraton, Hilton and Marriott.  They have one daughter who is their pride and joy.
