Keasia Murray Daniels

Keasia Daniels, PE, ChPP is an accomplished engineering and project management executive with a distinguished career leading capital projects across the globe. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Daniels earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Florida A&M University (1994) and a Master of Science in construction engineering & management from Purdue University (1995). She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and holds the prestigious Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) designation from the Association for Project Management.

Daniels began her career in field engineering and construction management, contributing to major infrastructure and energy projects across the U.S., Canada, Germany, Malaysia, and Algeria. Her expertise spans manufacturing, refining, LNG, urban development, and onshore drilling.

In 2005, she joined Royal Dutch Shell, where she held progressive leadership roles over 16 years. As General Manager for Project Services – Americas, she led a team of 50+ professionals delivering cost engineering, planning, scheduling, and risk management for projects ranging from $50 million to $10+ billion across Shell’s Downstream, Deepwater, LNG, Offshore Wind, and Renewable Natural Gas portfolios. Her legacy includes building high-performing teams, driving technical excellence, and championing talent development.

In 2021, Daniels transitioned from corporate life to entrepreneurship, founding VantagePoint Business Solutions, where she now serves as Principal Consultant. She partners with mission-driven organizations to deliver services in project management, event planning, leadership development, and team facilitation.

A proud Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum (Class 50) and graduate of the Center for Houston’s Future, Daniels remains deeply committed to civic leadership and community engagement. She actively supports initiatives through her involvement with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., The Links, Incorporated, and Jack & Jill of America, Inc.

Daniels was raised by parents who were life-long educators in the public school system. Although she did not pursue education as a career, she has been influenced by her parents to have a passion for children and youth. When not working, Daniels spends her free time as a S.T.E.M. advocate encouraging youth to prepare for college and particularly encouraging girls and youth in under-represented communities to pursue S.T.E.M. courses and careers. She serves as the college scholarship coordinator for The Kaleidoscope Foundation, where she has helped students access higher education for over a decade.

Daniels lives in Sugar Land, TX with her husband of 29 years, Kelvin Daniels. Together, they celebrate their daughter Kaylin, a scholar-athlete at Northeastern University, who carries forward the family’s legacy of excellence and purpose.
