Nannette Ray

Nannette Ray was born in Meridian, Mississippi, and she received her undergraduate degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She also holds an MBA Degree in Finance from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.

Ray has worked in the IT field for companies such as USAA and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has served as Vice President of TNR Accounting and Management Consulting, LLC, and she currently serves as Chief Performance Officer for Medical Information Records, LLC (also known as MIR).

Ray has successfully ran companies with revenues in excess of $5M over the last 12 years and has utilized this knowledge to successfully perform in her current role for MIR. As MIR’s Chief Performance Officer, Ray is responsible for measuring, managing and improving overall performance of the organization.

Instead of focusing on a specific area, such as finances or operations, Ray assesses MIR’s success based on market trends, competitor strategies and other factors that affect MIR’s ability to succeed in a software market devoted to healthcare.

Ray believes in working in her community and helping young people to succeed. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and she currently serves as Vice President of the Katy Prairie View Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. She also is a member of Higher Dimension Church (Katy campus).

She is married to Terrence Ray, Sr., the CEO of MIR. They reside in Katy, Texas and have three children – Jessica (age 23), Terrence II (age 18) and Miles (age 14). Jessica is a recent graduate of Purdue University and has recently started her own company, J. Cole Productions, LLC, a graphic design and marketing firm. Terrence II will be attending Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA, and Miles is a freshman at Cinco Ranch High School. Ray enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
