Nikki Elizabeth Hart

Nikki Elizabeth Hart came from humble roots: she was born in a small town in Ohio with just one stoplight. She was quite the athlete – a competitive roller skater, cheerleader, track runner and FFA Queen who didn’t quite see herself as anything but a farm town girl. Hart spent some time studying at Clark State before she got hit with the “business bug” and quickly advanced in her company at age 19. While with L.M. Berry/Sprint, she moved from Ohio to Tennessee to Kansas before making her home in Kingwood, Texas. Her true passion in life is helping others, and rather than pursuing a teaching degree, Hart found great satisfaction in becoming a corporate sales trainer at Sprint. She loved helping develop sales associates and managers and watching them achieve their professional and personal success.

Hart currently serves as President of inMotion Marketing Group, a company she started with her husband. Their primary goal is to become their clients’ premier service provider from sales, to negotiations, to radio and TV commercial production, to media placement and on-site event marketing.

The Bible verse, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” – Philippians 4:13 is a daily inspiration for Hart, which she learned the meaning of at an early age.

Hart’s first male mentors were Vince Lombardi and Zig Ziglar. She had the honor of meeting Ziglar and told him how inspiring his words had been to her. Hart is also inspired daily by the different individuals with whom she works. Hart’s female mentors are the women she works with from Women Driving Business, an organization that connects, inspires and promotes other professional women while raising money for local charities. She’s amazed by how they consistently balance their family lives and careers with such grace.

Hart truly believes in giving back and has worked with numerous charities over the years, including Texas Sentinels Foundation, Operation Salute Our Troops, Pin Oak Horse Charity, Toys for Tots, Houston Children’s Charity, Best Buddies and many others.

She is married to the love of her life, James, and the two have a beautifully blended family of four boys – Logan, Ryan, Parker and Cayden – whom the couple devotes hundreds of hours involved in their sporting activities. They have been members of Grace Church of Humble for 14 years. In her free time, Hart enjoys cars, racing, gardening and NFL football.
