Samantha Goldstein, Co-Owner & Managing Partner at The GoldHam Group, has over two decades of experience guiding CEOs and senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies, including Interstate Batteries, 7-Eleven, McKesson, and PepsiCo-FritoLay, among others. With expertise in translating complex business challenges into clear, compelling strategies, Sam works alongside clients to build alignment, inspire confidence, and drive measurable results across organizations.
Companies most often turn to Goldstein at the moments that test an organization: leadership transitions, restructurings, rapid growth, and other changes that unsettle employees and stakeholders alike. She brings clarity to those moments, helping leaders communicate with candor, protect trust, and keep their teams steady and engaged through the disruption.
With a focus on employee culture, change management, internal communication, and leadership coaching, Goldstein has built a career on her unique ability to define strategy, build structure, and drive empathy. As an executive coach, she works one-on-one with leaders to strengthen how they show up under pressure, turning capable communicators into leaders others choose to follow. She believes that successful organizations are built through authentic leadership, thoughtful communication, and meaningful human connection, and she is passionate about environments where both employees and stakeholders feel valued.
Alongside business partners Vana Hammond and Scott Goldstein, she has worked to model these beliefs within her own organization. Founded in 2019, The GoldHam Group is a boutique communications and government relations consultancy serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Together, the team brings decades of experience to clients spanning non-profit, health care, government, and business sectors. Within the firm, Goldstein anchors the organizational and internal communications practice, complementing GoldHam’s public affairs and government relations work so clients can move seamlessly from what they say inside their walls to how they present themselves publicly.
Before co-founding The GoldHam Group, Goldstein built a career as an internal communications and change management professional, partnering with some of the nation’s largest companies to guide enterprise-wide initiatives focused on organizational transformation and employee engagement.
A graduate of Tulane University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish, Sam holds two globally recognized change management certifications and an executive coaching designation from the Leadership Circle Profile. When not at work, she serves on the boards of the Newcomb College Alumni Association and the Dallas Historical Society.
Based in Dallas, Goldstein enjoys watching her two daughters, 7 and 10, compete in gymnastics, assisting with animal rescue and fostering, and keeping up to date with local politics by reading (and editing) her husband and business partner’s popular weekly email newsletter, Meetings of Interest.
