Tiffany Massie Davis

Chief Executive Officer Tiffany Massie Davis received her Bachelor and Master of Science in nursing from Prairie View A&M University.  Her passion has derived from over 18 years of experience in cardiovascular research, nursing education and outpatient surgery.  She has a passion for teaching and training healthcare providers, construction site safety teams and the community.

In addition to her expertise, she is currently an American Heart Association certified instructor for Advance Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advance Life Support, Basic Life Support, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillator training.   In addition, she has certifications in healthcare such as Certified Nurse Educator, Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse and Infection Control Preventist and Quality Health Assurance.  God’s gifts and talents has resulted in receiving awards such as Good Samaritan Nursing Award, The YMCA Minority Achievers Honoree, d-mars Top Health Medical Wellness and Professional Award, d-mars Top Professionals and Entrepreneurs Awards, Who’s Who in Black Houston, Sparkle of Life Awards Honoree, Diamonds and Pearls Mothers Award and Women in the Fast Lane of STEAM 2018 Role Model Award.

Davis is the founder of Family, Friends, Fibroids: The Silent Killer, a community seminar and awards ceremony promoting fibroid disease awareness.  In addition, she is the founder of Top 25 Black Nurses Under 40 Awards Ceremony which serves as a conduit to provide scholarships for nursing students in financial crisis.  She has a passion for ministering to young adults, which lead her to writing and publishing the book study A Life of Wholiness: After Hell and Back. She is president of the non-profit Young Adults of America where she mentors, counsels and trains nursing students throughout the city of Houston.

Davis has served on teams and chaired events such as the American Heart Association African American Leadership Circle, RARE Pearls, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations for Outpatient Surgery Centers and Community Health Teams to Support the Patient Centered Care Post Anesthesia.  She is a member of Texas Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, Chi Eta Phi, Black Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau, Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.  Her heart’s desire is to hear God say, “Well done, thy good and faithful servant.”
