These relationships are key elements of Candace’s referral formula which assists in achieving her goals and allow her to convert transactions into relationships.

Candace’s 18-year background in Human Resources blends well with mentoring agents to provide value to their careers. Candace also remains active in Fort Bend County and is involved in several community service projects.

Candace is married to Attorney R.J. Blue, her husband of 19 years. She is the mother of two daughters, Paige and Gabrielle, with a Maltese-Terrier rescue dog named Ace. In her spare time, Candace enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, traveling, hiking, and volunteering. She is a member of the National Charity League, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and Spouses of Houston Barristers.
