Service is at the heart of who Dr. Sylvester is. She is a dedicated Girl Scout leader and a long-serving PTA member who believes that investing in children and families creates stronger communities. Above all, she is a devoted mother to her daughter, Charlie, and her son, Brandon, whose growth, dreams, and accomplishments inspire her every day. She is also proud to stand alongside and support her husband, Dr. Brandon Sylvester, whose partnership and shared commitment to serving others have strengthened both their family and their collective impact.

While Dr. Sylvester is honored to be recognized for her accomplishments, she believes that no meaningful success is achieved alone. She credits her journey to the unwavering love and encouragement of her family, her remarkable friends, and the many colleagues who have challenged, inspired, and believed in her along the way. She is especially grateful for her sisters of the Fit Girls Klub, whose accountability, encouragement, and genuine friendship have been a constant source of strength and empowerment.
