Gillian Levi, M.Ed.

Gillian Levi, M.Ed. is the Founder and CEO of Odigo Services LLC, dba Odigo Learning, a construction company and contractor training, consulting, and workforce development firm dedicated to building both infrastructure and capacity within the communities it serves. She is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University with more than 25 years of experience across education, project management, and construction, bringing a unique combination of strategic vision, practical expertise, and servant leadership to every endeavor.

Through Odigo Services, she leads a construction maintenance company specializing in roadway repair and maintenance, concrete restoration, and wayfinding signage, successfully delivering public-sector projects with a reputation for quality, professionalism, and accountability.

Recognizing the challenges many contractors and the organizations that support them face, Levi founded Odigo Learning to help strengthen the construction industry from the inside out. The company provides contractor training, workforce development, and consulting services for contractors, government agencies, educational institutions, and industry organizations. Through customized workshops, strategic consulting, and capacity-building initiatives, Odigo Learning helps organizations develop stronger contractor networks, expand workforce participation, and equip business owners with the knowledge and strategies to win more bids, grow their business, and lead with confidence.

Levi’s personal journey—from educator to entrepreneur, cancer survivor to industry trailblazer—makes her a powerful example of resilience and purpose-driven leadership. She understands the real-world challenges contractors face because she’s lived them, and she’s turned that experience into a platform for transformation.

She is also actively developing initiatives to grow the pipeline of skilled construction workers—preparing the next generation of trades professionals through practical, career-connected learning. Her vision includes closing the workforce gap while equipping individuals with the tools to achieve long-term success.

Throughout her career, Levi has held leadership roles in curriculum development, workforce training, and project execution. From her early career in vocational education to leading multimillion-dollar projects, she has always focused on building systems, people, and pathways that move individuals and organizations forward.

Her journey has been anything but incidental. It has taken many forms—from educator to executive to entrepreneur— but through every chapter, she’s remained rooted in purpose, resilient through adversity, and committed to building something greater than herself. She understands the weight of building something from the ground up—and she brings that understanding into every space she leads.

Today, Levi continues to lead with intention. Whether in the field or the classroom, she builds people—not just projects—and stronger communities in the process.
