Recognized for identifying emerging opportunities, aligning diverse stakeholders, and translating vision into measurable impact, she is known for turning complex challenges into innovative solutions and serving as a trusted advisor who connects people, ideas, and organizations to accelerate meaningful change.

Her commitment to service extends beyond the workplace. Through her support of Bridging the Gap Africa, she helps advance efforts to build life-saving footbridges that provide rural communities in Kenya with safer access to schools, healthcare, and economic opportunity. She also serves through the Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Missouri City–Sugar Land Chapter, supporting the organization’s mission of developing the next generation of African American leaders through educational, cultural, civic, and social programming, leadership development, volunteer service, and philanthropy. She believes lasting change begins by connecting people to opportunity—wherever they live.

As Co-CEO of Rhett & Rose Investments, she is building a family enterprise focused on real estate development, entrepreneurship, and generational wealth. Under its umbrella, Rhett & Rose Travel empowers aspiring travel entrepreneurs to build thriving businesses while creating transformative global experiences that connect people, cultures, and opportunities.

A trusted mentor, connector, and change agent, she is as passionate about developing people as she is about developing strategy. Her leadership is defined by creating environments where innovation flourishes, leaders grow, and bold visions become reality.

Above all, she is a devoted wife, mother, and legacy builder. Together with her husband, Jarrett, and their children, Baylee and Jarrett Jr., she is intentionally building a family legacy rooted in faith, leadership, entrepreneurship, and service.
