Raye L. White, MBA

Raye L. White is a Houston leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate whose impact spans corporate leadership, nonprofit service, and women’s empowerment. A Louisiana native, she has called Texas home for more than 30 years.

White holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LSU-Shreveport and an MBA from Prairie View A&M University.

With more than 30 years in the Oil & Gas industry, and over 20 years leading high performing teams, White is recognized for driving operational excellence, building collaborative cultures, and developing leaders. She has held leadership roles across Shell USA’s Downstream businesses and currently serves as a Global Project Manager in Shell’s Global Lubricants organization, leading complex, multi-million dollar initiatives across international markets.

White serves as First Vice President of the Chi Omicron Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, providing strategic oversight of programs serving families across multiple service areas. She also serves on the Board of the Phenomenal Pearls Educational & Charitable Foundation (PPECF). White is a charter member of The Katy-Richmond Area (TX) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated®.

A passionate advocate for education, White has generated philanthropic impact through her support of The Kaleidoscope Foundation and other nonprofits. In 2022, White founded her first named scholarship through PPECF, reflecting her commitment to expanding educational opportunities for deserving students. She further advanced this commitment by establishing and funding the Raye L. White Scholarship Endowment through Alpha Kappa Alpha’s Educational Advancement Foundation, for which she has been awarded the 2026 Green Diamond Endowment Award.

White is the Founder and CEO of Allen Central, LLC, a boutique apparel brand specializing in sophisticated business attire designed for members of The Links, Incorporated®. Through Allen Central, she merges entrepreneurship with service, creating apparel that reflects elegance, leadership, and purpose for professionals and organizations. Looking ahead, she plans to expand Allen Central through collaborations with additional professional and service organizations.

White is a devoted member and ministry supporter of The Fort Bend Church. Her faith anchors her leadership philosophy and commitment to serving others with integrity and compassion. Above all, White is the proud mother of two daughters and “Grammy” to two young kings. She resides in Katy, Texas, and enjoys travel, the arts, fitness, and cheering on the New Orleans Saints.

White believes that true influence is measured not only by positions held, but by opportunities created, communities strengthened, and lives transformed. Through service, entrepreneurship, and leadership, she continues to lead boldly while uplifting others.
